For over two decades, Courtney has developed expertise in building and maintaining relationships. This has led to an effective approach to helping people and organizations with their communications, public relations, and problem-solving needs. Early in her career, she learned that relationships must be built and cultivated through honest communication.
Public Relations doesn't describe in full what is needed to address the complexity of most people, business ideas, and situations. Her approach is more like Personal Relations, whereby the public becomes more intimate through regular engagement with the intended audience, be it one person or a crowd.
Communications, delivered with honesty, verve, and when appropriate, humor, are the basis of good relationships and the core of how Courtney works. It is only through communication - employed in various ways depending on the situation - that we are able to solve problems, get better, and open ourselves to greater possibility.
Because of her unique position as both a dexterous communicator and relationship advisor, she has relationships in most any area that a client might want to achieve their purposes. If she doesn't already have a relationship necessary to produce results, she will find a way to build it. Clients for whom she's advised on and built relationships include her ongoing role as Advisor to a major political donor, a workshop and competition for teen fashion designers, a small security technology company, and a marketing strategy firm.
